About me
Viswanath Das is a Principal Investigator and Group Leader at the Institute of Molecular and Translational Medicine, Palacký University Olomouc. His research focuses on the aggregation, prion-like seeding, and propagation of disease-associated proteins, including tau, α-synuclein, and amyloid, and on developing therapeutic strategies to inhibit these processes. He leads projects supported by the Czech Science Foundation and the Czech Ministry of Health. He has published more than 40 peer-reviewed articles and supervises postdoctoral, doctoral, and master’s researchers.
