Reactions of triterpenes with Grignard salts
In this work, several oxoderivatives will be prepared and then their reaction with Grignard reagents will be studied. Resulting molecules should be more soluble in water-based media which may enhance their biological properties and the possibility to develop triterpenoid therapeuticals.
