Congratulations to our colleagues who were awarded for their scientific work at the Faculty of Medicine Dean's Award for 2022 which took place at the beginning of April 2023.
Dean Josef Zadražil congratulated the awardees, thanked them for their work for the Faculty of Medicine and wished them further success in the future. The authors of articles published in journals in the first decile and first quartile of the relevant field category according to the Web of Science database were awarded.
Martin Mistrik was awarded 3 times. Together with his colleague Zdenek Škrott, he received not only an award for an article in the first decile but also an award for a scientific publication published in the years 2013–2022 with a significant number of citation. The article Alcohol-abuse drug disulfiram targets cancer via p97 segregase adapter NPL4 was published in Nature journal and has been cited 360 times so far. For the third time, Martin Mistrík was a representative of the team behind one of the four awarded patents.
