We would like to invite you to the lecture by Lucie Kotková called "An Influence of Cryopreservative Medium on the Methylation Pattern of Semen Samples". The lecture will be on Wednesday November 6th at 9AM in room 2.549 at New Theoretical Institutes.
The talk is focused on the age prediction method MethAge and its application on semen samples. Pilot testing data describe differences between full ejaculate samples and sperm and non-sperm fractions after differential extraction and the influence of cryopreservative medium PreservCyt on the methylation pattern.
