Modification of triterpenes with the use of selected transition metal catalyzed reactions
The main aim is to prepare a small set of new triterpenoid derivatives using transition metal catalyzed crosscouplings of triterpenes with small molecules. The reaction conditions must be found and then, the new derivatives will be studied for their cytotoxic activity.
