Identification of mechanisms of action of molecules with anticancer effect
The thesis is focused on optimization of the method for identifying cellular targets of anticancer drugs. The aim of the work is to optimize affinity purification using streptavidin coated plates. Next the new drugs will be tested to find their molecular target and the validation studies will be performed.
