The anticancer activity mediated by new A3 receptor agonists
The aim of the thesis is to summarize current knowledge about the role of A3 adenosine receptor in cancer development and anti-cancer effects of newly characterized A3 agonists. The experimental part of thesis is focused on whether or not the anti-cancer effects of A3 agonists described in literature are mediated by direct modulation of A3 receptor.
