Doctoral training
Screening of chemical compounds´ biological activities in vitro
The thesis is focused on the identification of potentially active anticancer, antibacterial and antiparasitic compounds. Using flow cytometric evaluation provides information about cell cycle modifications after treatment with different chemical compounds and allows selection of most potent agents for further testing or synthesis of more efficient analogues.
