Study of the effect of selected cancerostatics on the cell metabolome
The thesis is focused on the development of both targeted and untargeted metabolomics methods (liquid chromatography coupled with high resolution mass spectrometry) for the study of the effects of various anticancer drugs on model cell lines. The main goal is to quantitatively analyse changes in metabolome’s composition for the comprehensive characterization of metabolic networks.
