Study of invasive growth and its blocation possibilities in breast and prostate cancer
Thesis is focused on an identification of asporin‘s (protein interacting with extracellular matrix) role in motility and invasiveness of model cell lines. The main goal is to determine if asporin could be considered as a marker of tumor metastatic behaviour.
